I really value customer support and the entire process here was shoddy. I was the sole bidder on the property for a number of weeks, no proactive communication and when eventually contacted several weeks later the price had now increased significantly without any notice to me. They only engage when seeking to encourage frenzy bidding, otherwise they have no interest.

Worst commercial letting agent ever

Worst commercial letting agent ever. Savills did not care about the tenants at all. Maybe it is because I am in the affordable space. They have construction work frequently without noticing us. They play around with air conditioning without telling us either. The lady that is responsible even avoiding us by having receptionist lie for her saying she was on holiday.

Savills were really good to work with on the sale of my flat in Bow. My first contact was with David Easton, who is the Head of Sales, and he came to visit my flat prepared with examples of similar properties Savills had sold recently and lots of local knowledge. He valued the property confidently at a higher number than other agents who I spoke to. My sale was managed by Harry Charalambous, who was helpful, organised and very straighforward to work with throughout the process. He kept me informed about viewings, advised me on how things were progressing and also gave me confidence that we would achieve close to the price that they had originally suggested, even when offers were not forthcoming. Eventually, we did. If you are looking for the personal service and knowledge of a small local agency and the reassurance of an international firm, I would strongly recommend Savills Victoria Park.
