GoogleReally horrible experience with Savills. As a tenant you will be disrespected, ignored and bullied by the agency and landlord. My lease was cut short by the landlord because she wanted to move into the property which was fine, but then I was harassed by the agency to let the landlord come measure the floor for his new furniture. They will also try and scam you for your deposit by finding fake “problems” when you move out. I proved them wrong on all of those and they eventually dropped the charges but it was a blatant attempt to keep my deposit for no good reason. People to avoid dealing with are: Danniella Davidson, Melissa Cox, Natasha Pretorius, and Tom Moorby. - All of those people are a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been put through hell renting with Savills and I will never deal with them again. Good riddens!

The website rarely works, if you view a property online then you can only view one photo despite listing numerous, last week you could only view "Sold" properties (laughable). In my personal dealings with them Ive also found them to be arrogant. LIke customers aren't worthy of them. Needs to change

TrustpilotDisrespectful service, slow to provide information
When we moved in, they didn’t provided a significant number of instructions on how the property operates, including the door code, and intercom system. Getting this information took a significant amount of time. Another example which I think exemplifies the poor quality of service and lack if respect from savlills, when we had an electrical outage, they require you to pay for the service if the electrician is able to resolve the problem using steps they send you via sms. Although I see the logic in this it seems like in the end if for some reason you mess up the steps they send(which involves a great deal of knowledge about the set up of your new flat), their responsibility to provide a service disappears.

This review is based on management, do not work for savills especially if you're Security. They expect you to be beaten or stabbed and you are not allowed to defend yourself even using SIA training or you get fired. They do not support staff and have caused colleagues deterioration of their mental health and have used it against them. Please if you value your sanity do not work for this soul crushing company.

I am renting an apartment by savills and I moved in less than a month ago. The cooktop and dishwasher did not work and they told me to fix it with Miele. Also, the shower drain doesn’t drain and I can’t shower without the entire bathroom floor getting wet. They told me they’d send me a handy man and never did.
