GoogleI sold an apartment through Savills Shoreditch recently. Nikolay Yankov had done a fantastic job both in terms of getting a good offer as well as managing the process to get the sale completed in a timely manner. The buyer had been very demanding and Nikolay had managed the process well and the sale would not have gone through at all or in such a timely manner without his professional and diligent approach.

GoogleTo sum up, Gavin was amazing! He turned what can be a painful process (moving house) into something that ran as smoothly as it could. He helped with issues from the solicitors and was always on hand to answer my many (and probably annoying!) questions. I couldn't recommend him enough...thank you Gavin!

Michelle Weaver and her colleagues provided an excellent service, both in finding potential buyers and (especially) in ensuring that our sale progressed successfully. Michelle followed up with other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. Without her hard work we would probably not have exchanged contracts for several more weeks. Bad efficiency, worst customer service ever. Wanted to get an air conditioning issue fixed, still could not get it fixed in 1 year. Do not rent the flat if it is managed by Savills.

Thought my offer/position would be immediately rejected but Lucy took it seriously and helped to make the purchase work. I appreciate that Savills are working primarily for the seller but they were genuinely helpful to us as purchasers. They were accommodating with multiple viewings, open with progress and professional throughout. We are very pleased with the process and would not hesitate to deal with Lucy again.

I keep getting e-mail from this compagny allthough i have never rented an appartment from them. I have noumerous times written that back to them, but they keep sending invoices. I have now written to my danish consumer counsil for their help with this. The next move is to write an english consumer counsil

GoogleI highly do not recommend taking this agency for your rental, because: 1/ Some of their workers are VERY EXTREMELY RUDE and take their sweetest time to reply to mails. 2/ They will give you the STUPIDEST excuses that they cannot reach the landlords. 3/ They will keep you without a precise response. 4/ They will not allow you to break your contract.
