We had an excellent experience with Savills Shoreditch. We were with an agent closer to our home but after one buyer fell through and everything went quiet, we decided to change agents. Although Savills were more expensive, we felt they worked very hard for their money. They were always quick to help out with anything we needed (which turned out to be a lot). Gavin, Elliot and Nicole were an excellent team and we're glad we changed agents to work with them. We would highly recommend them!

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately. Savills valued our house at £450000 but three other agents valued at £600000!!. They said they’d provide a report but we heard nothing. Ours is a 4 bed house and they’d just sold a 2 bed house nearby for £425000. Appalling service.

Terrible company

Terrible company. We had an agent come to value our house. She seemed competent and appeared to be very interested in marketing the property. After an hour of talking through the details she said she’d arrange for photos to be taken and a contract to be sent out. Over a month later she still hasn’t been in contact and we have gone with a different agent. We expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Unfortunately, Savills also seem to think it's my responsibility to contact them regarding this matter. If they were really interested in good customer service, they would check their records for SW Devon and contact me directly. As they have not done this, I can only assume that it is a regular occurrence and they therefore can not trace us in amongst all the other potential clients they have let down.
