The attention to detail ensured the best tenants and the clarity and detail of contracts will help avoid costly disputes for us and our tenants. We had rather assumed that the flat fee would eventually actually become more or we would experience a lesser service than usual but we were wrong. Robert managed to secure a reliable chain of buyers at the right price within a week and was available to us 24/7. GoogleWe had the pleasure to work with Robert from Robert Alan Home, for the sale of our property, a "designer" apartment near Victoria Park. Robert has been extremely professional, transparent and accurate from the very early stages of our sale. He was able - unlike other corporate agencies that operate in our area - to suggest the right price for our sale and discuss with us the marketing strategy, which was indeed successful and impeccable. It's because of his (and his agency's) professionalism, experience and knowledge of the housing market in Hackney. We did also appreciate the agency's ethics throughout the sale process. Robert always kept the process transparent to both vendors and buyers. A solid 5 stars.

He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that any issues we had were dealt with quickly. We have been stung in the past with agents starting out all smiles and then becoming aggressive and pushy. With Robert, what you see is what you get.
