GoogleLocus were very quick to find me a tenant and do all the necessary checks to my property and the tenant. I was particularly impressed with Sergen who updated me promptly until he found the tenant and was very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Locus Estates Hackney.

GoogleFinding a new place to live in London can be a pain, to say the least. But Murat Akbas from LOCUS ESTATES marked the whole difference for me. Kind and understanding from the beginning, he worked hard to accommodate me as well as the landlord to find a middle ground that works for all. I'm super pleased with his professional service, and on top of that, it is great to be treated like a 'human' throughout, especially during times of crisis (Covid) where moving is especially stressful. GoogleFound myself a place through Locus Estates Hackney and the process couldn't be easier, especially given how nightmarish it typically is in London. I was dealing with Murat Akbas who went above and beyond to help. He has been incredibly patient with me as well as an excellent intermediary between myself and the landlord, with great attention to detail as far as the terms of my contract / what furniture the flat comes with. GoogleSergen at Locus helped us find out next flat. He was really responsive, and that was really important to us. We had several terrible experiences with lettings agents who were 30 + mins late to viewings, didn't return calls or didn't know where the flat was, and Sergen couldn't have been more different. Best letting agent I've ever had after 5+ years of living (and moving) in London. T
