GoogleAgree with Kiara P. I live in the same block of flats as her and we had a family of four placed in a one-bedroom flat. Noise has been a constant problem and they keep insisting on recording of noise with mobile phones or tablets, which do not capture the exact volume of the disturbance caused. We have requested proper equipment to record the noise, which was not provided.
I would not have my property let by them as we might end up having a family of four or more people placed in a one-bedroom flat, wreaking havoc and causing disturbance to the neighbours. Definitely not on my list of estate agents to deal with when needed.

GoogleI am so happy with my experience letting a flat through Locus Estates Hackney. I was overseas during the whole experience, and Sultan was so accommodating. She promptly answered my questions and concerns. I did a video tour with the current tenant and the flat was exactly as pictured and described.
The tenancy agreement transition was smooth. There are 3 of us on the lease all signing from different places, but Sultan made is so easy. She also followed up with all of the documents we would need in the future. Renting a flat in London during lockdown is hardly ideal, but Locus Estates Hackney made is so simple.
