I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleI am writing on behalf of a former tenant who experienced a terrible service from Hunters agency. Their reaction to maintenance was very slow, even when it was an emergency. It didn't help that they don't seem to pick up when you call. Generally experienced a very poor level of communication from them. They even granted themselves access to the house without seeking permission. I wouldn't want to be their tenant.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

GoogleGreat experience - they helped me finding a really beautiful house in lovely location for a really great price. They were always super proactive in the process, helped me with all the questions I had, and also made sure I am aware of all details and requests of the landlord. Really helpful! My agent was Irfan, he is very good, quick and did a great job. Thank you again.

Rude manager (Sarah) - in fact she was slightly violent and very difficult to deal with. No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
