EastHaus were excellent. Jenna went above and beyond to make the whole process entirely stress free. We were regularly updated on progress, never had to chase and were assisted even with filling out the forms. The transaction was seamless and that is entirely down to the hard work of EastHaus.

Sheer excellence

I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for anything else from as estate agent. I have always found that most estate agents are quick to sign you up, but faster to not pick up when you need them. EastHaus sets a very high standard which enabled us to sell within record time at a decent price. Both Patrick and Jenna went above and beyond each and every time we needed assistance with the sale of our flat. From the very first time they both came to see us, value the property and provide us with all the answers as to why we should use them to the final email saying completion had taken place. Personal touch on every aspect.Even though they are a relatively small company, they tick every box, and cross every T. Completely professional, experienced and thoughtful. We couldn't have done it without them, and would absolutely go to them on another property sale or purchase.

Excellent service, highly recommend!

I used EastHaus to sell my 1 bed flat in Dalston, and had nothing but the best service from them. Jenna and the team were really flexible in arranging viewings at times that suited myself and potential buyers. Being a small boutique company really means you get extra personal service, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Not a great experience

Not a great experience. It seems maybe we were unlucky looking at some of the other reviews but the numerous mistakes that Easthaus made ranging from simple spelling errors and ignoring emails to advertising our property at an unagreed price, it can't just be chance. We have been with them over a month now and haven't received a single call, not even to apologise.

After 3 miserably failed attempts to sell my apartment over 3 years & dealing with various estate agents ….. along came Jenna with a magic wand !!! and two days ago I completed the sale . Highly recommended estate agents

I was extremely happy with EastHaus and the service it rendered. This was the first time I sell a property, so there was a lot of anxiety about the whole process and seeing it through. Jenna however not only got us the offer we wanted, but she was also very involved in managing the process and follow up form the beginning to completion. We were in constant communication (even on Sundays). Her calm demeanor was very much appreciated and reassuring. She also provided sound and rational advice that helped during offer negotiation and throughout the process. I have full confidence in EastHaus and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again. In short, I cannot recommend EastHuas enough.

The service EastHaus offer is superb! Detail focussed, very honest and proactive. Easthaus have let and managed our property since summer 2018, and their service and communication have been excellent throughout.
