I chose Easthaus recently to handle the sale of my flat in Hackney (while not physically in the UK). I think I made a good choice. My main contact was Jenna Buck, who I found to be friendly, helpful, efficient and reassuring. The same was true of all the other members of staff that I dealt with during the course of the sale. The whole process could have been quite fraught and stressful, but Jenna handled it with aplomb and took 99% of the stress out of the situation for me, for which I'm very grateful. I would recommend Easthaus to others (and indeed I already have). A very good experience.

I chose to let my property through Easthaus having heard they were honest, professional, efficient and reliable. They are all those things but, above all, they care. Sophie and Alanah, have constantly given me invaluable advice over the years, and have dealt efficiently with all issues concerning the property I let through them. They protect both my interests and those of my tenants, thus guaranteeing a worry-free arrangement between myself and the tenants. I wholeheartedly recommend Easthaus.

We let out our property with Easthaus and have been using them for a few years now. Right from the beginning of the process we knew they were a different kind of estate agent. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They’re not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive and are 100% worth the money. It’s a shame they only operate in the east of London as I would love to use their service all over London! They are truly fantastic company and I would recommend them (and have done so) to family and friends

Easthaus recently sold our flat in challenging market conditions. We dealt with Jenna for the most part. Original sale price guidance was realistic and ultimate sale price also realistic in the current market. Jenna was very professional throughout, with clear and frequent communication both to/from us and from the viewers and prospective purchasers. She was diligent in respecting the privacy and limitations of our tenant and conducted the many viewings mostly herself. Once an offer was received she was proactive in the negotiations towards an agreed price, and then once again to all parties involved to complete the sale. Easthaus were considerably superior to the many estate agents that we have used for house moves in the past and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a new agent we didn't really know what to expect. Our initial contact for details didn't result in repeated calls unlike other agents we contacted. Throughout the process Jenna provided a bespoke service and helped to navigate the somewhat difficult purchase and even helped sort out various issues that remained two months after completion. Throughout the process Jenna was available to meet various family members on site at short notice. The purchase experience was made all the easier with Easthaus's involvement.

This was my 6th purchase in London over a period of 18 years. By far, the most straightforward. Direct, honest and no gameplaying in an industry that is notorious for dodgy dealings. Jenna is approachable, friendly and professional. Responded quickly to all my queries and questions. They topped off the whole experience with a hamper waiting for me in my new kitchen, filled with lots of goodies including a bottle of gin! Essential after my experience dealing with other agents in the chain. Truly, could not recommend Jenna and her team highly enough.

I have now sold two properties through Easthaus and can't praise them more highly. Jenna is literally there for everything, the highs, the lows, the madness! Both times she got me an offer within a week and saw them both through. Neither proved easy. But Jenna smoothed all the rough edges and surmounted every hurdle. She is invincible.

I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for anything else from as estate agent. I have always found that most estate agents are quick to sign you up, but faster to not pick up when you need them. EastHaus sets a very high standard which enabled us to sell within record time at a decent price. Both Patrick and Jenna went above and beyond each and every time we needed assistance with the sale of our flat. From the very first time they both came to see us, value the property and provide us with all the answers as to why we should use them to the final email saying completion had taken place. Personal touch on every aspect.Even though they are a relatively small company, they tick every box, and cross every T. Completely professional, experienced and thoughtful. We couldn't have done it without them, and would absolutely go to them on another property sale or purchase.

I used EastHaus to sell my 1 bed flat in Dalston, and had nothing but the best service from them. Jenna and the team were really flexible in arranging viewings at times that suited myself and potential buyers. Being a small boutique company really means you get extra personal service, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Working with the EastuHaus team was an absolute pleasure, I didn't think buying through an agency could feel this comfortable or be this easy. Liam was a delight, attentive and helpful every step of the way (not to mention very easy on the eyes!). Would def recommend to anyone in the market for a property to look them up.
