GoogleDexters gave us an accurate valuation and a good overview of what to expect. They then sold our apartment in the first couple of days of viewings and got us an offer at asking price. They were also very helpful in chasing the buyers' solicitors when we faced delays in the conveyancing process.

If you rent via Dexters, don’t expect your deposit back any time soon. It’s been 53 days since I vacated the property and 28 days since it was agreed I will receive my deposit in full, despite there being a 10 day rule under the TDP scheme.
