GoogleIf you are a student and looking for an estate agency STAY AWAY. The people here and the landlords they work with will literally scam students, charge outrageous prices from deposits.

I am sorry you feel you have received a poor service from ourselves. Your comments are quite unusually however, so is it possible to expand a little more. We do not charge a tenant any fees for a rental, the only requirement is a 5 week security deposit, and 1 weeks rent to secure it off the market which is deducted from your costs before you move in.

GoogleSold my property through them, was very disappointed with their service, they basically forward your e-mails and the demands of the buyers. Lost money with them, as they tried to convince me of getting a discount to the buyers as they were first time buyers. I did all the viewings, as no one was available. I should have gone to another estate agent or should have done it through purple brick.

GoogleSeamless service and great performance. From taking our apartment onto their books to new referenced tenants living in the property, less than a month. Thank you. Service included advertising, vetting, inventory and dealing with the deposit and tenancy agreement. The first rent payment is already in our bank account.

GooglePolite staff.but it's the landlords that should put in writing why they don't want dogs in there property this is not getting done it's probably not these guys fault it's just a problem I'm finding where ever I look .all landlords seem to be the same all they say is no pets This is wrong
