TrustpilotGreat Service During Tough Times
George to view the property, a lovely chap. Gave us all the options and agreed a price. Obviously times right now are harder than usual, and prices a little less hard to gauge accurately. But George sorted us out perfectly and got us (hopefully) a great tenant.

TrustpilotThe worst company ever
The worst company ever, avoid.Charged for call-outs which didn’t happen, no communication, didn’t pay full rent, tenants didn’t pay and they didn’t chase or help. Had to do everything myself.Honestly they were horrendous!

I moved to Helen under a year ago and the service is so much better than my previous agent. I'm now confident my property is in safe hands and my voids have dropped significantly thanks to her proactive service!
