Rat infestation...did nothing...mold...did nothing...central heating broken, massive bills...did nothing..no shower for two months in winter..did nothing..works for landlord. Wont let you out of contract. Does not adhere to covid regulations regarding 4 month notice. Tries to force you to renew. Beware!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company!!!
