GoogleAs first time buyers we imagined that buying our first home would be an incredible stressful ordeal, and i'm sure for most people it is exactly that. But the guys at Seymour's Guildford were so helpful and really put the effort in to guide us through the whole process every step of the way.

GoogleWent on a viewing and ask the agent if they know when the electrics were last done and they said : I DONT KNOW I said okay, do you know how old is the boiler and was it serviced regularly ? Their response : I DONT KNOW ! What exactly do you know? Are you selling a house or we are on a date? At the end we were asked if we have any more questions! Absolute joke VERY DISAPPOINTED HONESTLY

GoogleTerrible attitude towards customers. I tried calling several times and all the time they or don't have my details, then they say they'll call back and never do it, or they say they'll send an email and guess what? They never did. Perhaps the reason is that I am disabled and receive benefits, even though my partner works. If that's the case, then shame on you. I am very disappointed.

GoogleI received excellent service throughout the sale of my mother's house from Seymours, both on the sales side (Luke) and progressing (Clive). They took so much of the strain out of a what became a frustrating sale and chased all parties continuously. Not all estate agents are like this!

GoogleVery unprofessional. We know they used tricks by sound of urgency to urge buyers to submit the offer. Once the offer is received they took the time to play around between buyers to try to bid price higher. They let us wait for over a week and had no response since the first offer was submitted. As a serious buyer, the way that how seller’s agency communicates with us does count into how much the offer would be. So for both buyer and seller to be aware when to choose the agency. A bad communication from the agency can damp the relationship between buyers and sellers, which impacts the sale of the property. Though the agency acts on the seller’s behalf, without a good balance between buyer and seller’s interest there will be eventually no buyer willing to buy a property from the agency.
