Leaders have been a shining example of great service and care throughout what can be a stressful time. Michael is a fantastic personality - so different to almost every letting agent I have ever spoken to - and Terence is so quick to respond to my emails I've barely had a chance to send them! The whole letting process was so smooth from start to finish; even though we had slightly unusual financial circumstances, Terence made sure everything was sorted quickly and easily. I can't recommend the lettings team at Leaders Guildford enough. EDIT: We've recently been fortunate to buy our own property and Leaders have been fantastic in making our departure as smooth as our arrival. Our property manager, Larissa Tilley, has helped us negotiate an early release and our landlords have been super flexible, no doubt in part due to her powers of persuasion! She's been fast to resolve issues and has always been available to us when we've needed her. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Everything is nice and smooth until you have a problem; then they will start blaming each other without a solution. Me and my partner rented a flat with Leaders Guildford, a flat that had roof leaks and mould problems. Not only they didn't solve these major health issues in over half a year, they ghosted and ignored and blamed our landlord for our concerns. They will use "this is up to the landlord,we can't do anything" as an excuse for everything. They DO NOT care that the living conditions of the flat are awful, they will not fix it or even give advice on it. You may think that after having to spend a fortune in cleaning products paying the laumdrette so your vlothes don't stink and having to live in those conditions you may get a compensation,well no,they act like it is nothing to dp with them Please avoid and find a better agency that won't look the other way as soon as they have the money save yourself from the stress that they have caused me.
