As a landlord I have been quite satisfied with Knight Frank during the past six years, during which the property was taken good care of with appropriate frequency of contact. Although the property managers have changed during 2023Q4, many thanks to Kristian Lee the handover is now properly completed and everything works so well. As my current property manager, Kristian impresses me a lot by considerable sense of responsibility, willingness in problem solving and swift reaction to handle issues in a reliable way. We had a great experience buying our home through Knight Frank. Clare Griffiths in the Bristol office was our Sales Progressor and she was fantastic. We were in the middle of the chain, buying and selling, and we encountered a couple of issues (mainly frustrating solicitor-based problems) and Clare was tenacious in helping us hit our exchange and completion dates. She also helped the process go smoothly overall and communication, via her, between ourselves and our sellers was excellent. Thank you again Clare! Thanks, too, to Rupert, who also helped get us over the line on a long and stressful completion day (again a solicitor-based issue). Would definitely recommend Knight Frank based on our experience as buyers.

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo for being a great property manager, very communicative, friendly and generally extremely helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the everyone we had dealt with at the firm were as helpful as Naeto has been. Despite him being new to the branch, he has been the most professional of the 4 or 5 persons we've dealt with so far.Unfortunately, we did have to deal with a real-life NPC in the process of renting our property, unable to answer a yes or no question in an email chain and replying with the literal phase: 'Send [us] the monies', when referring to a £21,000 bank transfer... And just generally being rude. So, I almost pulled out of renting with Knight Frank altogether because I thought they were initially a scam company.The others at the branch can learn a lot from Nateo and I hope his performance is recognised.

KF contractors are a little pricey but it's the same across many agencies.
