GooglePaolo has honestly been a pleasure to deal with for our first experience buying a property. He is so organised and quick to answer every question, large or small in the home buying process. We felt so informed every step of the way. Paolo remained professional and helped us navigate the uncooperative tenants that delayed our purchase. We would highly recommend EHA to our friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

YellExcellent agents for a rental property
Liz and her team helped my partner and I to find a new rental property to move in together at the beginning of August, just as lockdown was easing, and they were incredible in every way. They also manage the property for the landlord and are really responsive and helpful with any maintenance requests. Thank you! :)

GoogleA truly excellent service. I just love independent companies like this, they are a rare commodity in the UK real estate market. Elizabeth and her team are the best Estate Agents that I have had the pleasure to work with (and I've worked with a lot of them).
Great integrity, great communication and fantastic knowledge. Use them, you won't be disappointed!!

GoogleI have used Elizabeth and Paulo on several occasions to let my properties out. They are professional, efficient and so much better than using a high-street agent. And they are lovely people to deal with.

I do not recognise your name and so I am not sure which property and situation you are referring to and whilst I would like to respond by return, in this instance, I am unable to. Could you please forward me the details of your complaint, your full name, contact details and the address of the property that you were selling, buying or renting. Once I have all of the above I will be able to respond to you in full. In the meantime, as you can see from my email and our website, we are affiliated with the industry body Propertymark, and The Property Ombudsman.
I look forward to hearing from you
