Thanks for taking the time to express your opinion, luckily the amount of properties we have SOLD STC reflect quite differently. Properties that are too expensive, quite simply don't tend to sell.

FacebookCan’t recommend Carman Friend highly enough. They totally have your back in this stressful process and have huge knowledge and local experience. They are very down to earth but also professional. I’m so grateful to you Gareth for all of your help. Well done.

GoogleHonest, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - perhaps because being smaller you’re always dealing with someone at or near ‘the top’! Generated far more enquiries than the better know high street agent. Sale concluded - wouldn’t use anyone else.

FacebookI have been speaking to Sami recently about purchasing a property. Her knowledge and willingness to help has been incredible. Carman Friend are a breath of fresh air to the "ordinary" estate agents in Chester, they do live up to the "intentionally different" strapline.

GoogleAmazing service from start to finish. Sami could not have done more and always went the extra mile. And always with great friendly and professional attitude at all times. We would only ever use this estate agent in future. 11 out of 10!
