I had the great fortune to find Guy Moore for my commercial EPC. I had contacted a number of providers and it was Guy who immediately responded to my enquiry. The proposed cost of the EPC was immediately forthcoming with no hidden extras and extremely competitive. Having met Guy just days later at the property, he was incredibly kind, professional and thorough giving solid and sound advice too. The report and certificate were available the following day and I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I am with his service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a commercial EPC

They were communicative, professional and took a lot of the stress out of the sale with regular updates about viewings going in, feedback and offers on the table. They did all of this with quite a fast turn around I'd say and their fees are beyond reasonable compared to other agents who over promise, under deliver and charge you for the privilege. Highly recommend these two and I'll be sure to use them again.
