GoogleI am so pleased we decided to sell our property in Grimsby with Relo Estate Agents. The process was easy and we were very well looked after, right from beginning to end. I was surprised and pleased with the amount of email communication Milena kept us updated with every step of the way. I want to thank the whole team for all of their hard work and I will be recommending Relo to everyone I know :)

GoogleAfter viewing a property we really wanted, we wanted it up for sale and on rightmove almost immediately. I contacted lots of estate agents who simply couldn’t get the home up for sale quick enough. Then we contacted Relo who promised to get it on the market in a short time frame. They also included professional photos for no extra cost. The house was put up on the market super fast and they was flawless from the moment it went up for sale to when we completed last week. Easy to contact, and always got quick updates. Special mention to Milena who we dealt with most of the time. She was fantastic! I know who I will be using if we sell again.

GoogleWe initially went to view a different property and the agent suggested a different one, we viewed and loved and instantly put an offer in and accepted. Our agent Craig was super helpful and any questions I had silly or not he was there to help me. We completed on the date he suggested and was a quick 3 months and we were in. Couldn’t recommend more!

GoogleSold my property with Relo estate agents. At the start of the process Guy the owner met me at the property and realistically priced the property to sell. He was fast and efficient with the EPC and a photograph organisation. We sold it within two weeks with a good offer. The girls in the office were very efficient and communicated well. The star of the show was Milena, who took me under her wing during the process, She was a fast efficient and a brilliant communicator. GoogleWorking with Guy at Relo estate agents has been seamless from start to finish. He provided more information than any solicitor would and was available to ask questions to at any time. I would recommend Relo to anybody for any estate agents needs. Our solicitors caused some delays with the purchase of my new property but Guy kept chasing them to move the purchase along and made everything so smooth. Thank you so much for making my first ever property purchase such an enjoyable experience.

Craig is technically knowledge and has very keen market awareness , but his stand-out skill is tenant selection from the numerous enquiries typically received - he is very intuitive on picking out the quality applicants. I am a professional landlord with high expectations which they have more than met - if you have a property to let in this area, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Relo made the whole process simple and straightforward. The brochure was excellent, the pricing was transparent (and much better value than the local competition.) Guy was a pleasure to deal with and maintained a good level of contact throughout the sale process, he always called when he said he would, he always called back when asked and he always had answers for all of my questions.
