Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Reeds Rains Congleton have just sold my property and I would highly recommend the service. They were very professional from the beginning, offering different marketing strategies to suit my needs. They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations. The sale went through with the help of the sales team and although there were some difficulties along the way, nothing was too much trouble.

Awful! Turned up to view the property, couldn't gain access. No one from the company got back about rebooking. Now told the property is under offer so there's no point in viewing it. An absolute joke of customer service. Do not use! H.F.Garratt

Hi Fay,We apologise for your cancelled viewing. This was due to a contractor changing the locks and supplying us with incorrect keys. The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself. Been complaining about maintenance issues for 3 years, found out that they had not been relaying the issues to the landlord. He has now changed letting agent since finding out about the lack of communication.
