As I was selling remotely from over 200 miles away, they took care of everything, arranging surveyors, house clearance, cleaning, and gardening to get the property into a saleable condition. They were consistently professional and approachable, guiding me through every stage of the process. I use the word partner deliberately, because that’s exactly how it felt: a genuine professional partnership, with clear communication and thoughtful advice at every turn. FacebookAs a renter, Martin Maslin provide a very unpleasant experience. The owner is the client, but you, paying several £1000 of money into their bank account each year are an inconvenience that they have to deal with. They don't provide advance warning of when inspections are due, then expect you to drop everything when they are due, failure to do so results in a threat of eviction. Don't expect them to be available in an evening or weekend when you're not working, the onus is very much on you as the tenant accomodating their needs. I've now bought a house locally & the only estate agent I refused to use was Martin Maslin. Had they taken better care of their tenant aka client, they'd have earned extra commission. I doubt they'll learn this lesson & I very much advise anyone from renting through this agent.

The viewings team were polite and friendly, ensured the property was secured after each viewing, and gave me feedback. Despite a setback, Stephen and Haydn worked tirelessly to keep me updated and ensure my sale was completed. I would strongly recommend this agency, and will certainly use the company in the future.

GoogleHeartbroken at not getting the house we wanted to buy due to major lack of communication from This estate agency. Having showed vast interest in the property no one contacted me to say they had other interest over the weekend (there being none previously) and we needed to get our buyers documents asap to get our offer in-meaning someone else swooped in without them Contacting me to let me know that this was happening and we could potentially lose out. Now we may now lose our buyer. Will not be using this estate agency under no circumstances- nor will Any of my family.

If you are not worried that John Hudson (PARTNER of the company) will divulge information to anyone who will listen to try to gain work then go ahead using them. GoogleThis company is like Jekyll and Hyde, one rep left me and my wife feeling frustrated and depleted. They was difficult to deal with and a lack of customer service towards potential buyers. Then there was another rep who was professional and courteous throughout. I wouldn't consider using them to sell a property in the future due to the less than pleasant experience and I would be reluctant to buy a house through them.
