Googleif you are a young black guy trying to make it, you'd be wise to stay away from Mr. Chidi. He is married to a white woman and thinks that somehow makes him better than you. He'd ruin your life and give you a ccj for no reason. No matter how much you clean up a pig, it's always going to remain a pig.
Unfortunately, we do not recognise the posted name and have no such person on our file.

Any issues I found in the property they made theirselves available as soon as possible to come and fix them. Very strong recommended real estate agency.

GoogleVery Good service and friendly staff. I bought a property through Samantha Jane 3 years ago and since, they have managed my property. The service is 5 star and I never need to worry about the property or letting issues because they do that for me...I can never say the same for the well known agencies as they are only for your money and no heart. I highly recommend this company anytime and simply said, i would never had risked and rented my house to anyone from my experience but the company Samantha Jane gave me the confidence to do that again.

GoogleWe recently let our house with Samantha Jane, this was the first time we have been landlords. Chidi and Sam provided a very personal and professional service. They answered all of our questions, found us tenants to fit our timeline and provided us with regular updates on our property. We would highly recommend them and would use Samantha Jane again.

GoogleSamanthajane are very thoughtful & knowledgeable agency. They provide a professional service, they have been managing my properties for over 7 years. If you are a landlord that like hands off approach and want an agency that will look after your property I will suggest you give them a try.
