As a Landlord whose property Dexters has managed for many years, I am on the whole satisfied. The sales side of Dexters is 5 star plus, in my point of view. Zahra, who I deal with, is early on the case at the end of each tenancy and works flat out to find the best tenant for me. She gives very good advice but also listens to my requirements as a client. What lets Dexters down a little, for me, is its property management team. They operate a sort of pool system, which gives me the feeling that no one is taking personal responsibility. Often when I call the office I find I directed to someone new who I have not spoken to before. Quite often important pieces of information have been left off my file by the previous colleague. In addition, some of the staff seem inexperienced in the maintenance issues which they are handling. It would be good if I was kept updated on who my personal contact was at any point in time.

GoogleVery professional agency particularly the support staff (tenancy and maintenance) after you move in. Thanks to Sara from the Tenancy department to make my stay very comforting and resolving issues in quick time. A constructive feedback - they can improve the Inventory check agency (NoLettingGo) they hire as the quality of work performed by them clearly favours the landlord (gladly I had enough proof of check-in and check-out photos myself and issues were resolved later albeit with much delay). This experience left a bad taste at the end of my tenancy and I wish they looked at this closer because this undoes a lot of the good work done by their caring support staff as mentioned earlier. I hope they resolve it and despite this I'd still give Maritime properties 5 stars.

GoogleWe have had a very positive experience with Maritime. We were tenants of a property they managed - very responsive to the (thankfully few) maintenance issues we had in our 2+ years in the rental property, and the flat itself was a lovely place to live. Very friendly team and quite contactable on the phone, especially Haleema. We moved out because we were able to purchase a property, but Maritime were extremely accommodating, with this, as unfortunately our process was a bit protracted before we finally exchanged / completed. Maritime were extremely flexible and accommodating after asked for extensions on the lease and had to move our moving out date a few times. Really good Agency.
