Throughout the whole situation, Ryan Campbell, the property manager was absolutely fantastic. Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!

Purchased our first flat from Dexters, they delayed giving us the key by ten days to give them enough time to paint and clean flat. After 10 days we received a filthy flat, with furniture left behind, not even one surface was clean. No paint either. They blamed it on 'third party'.Horrible experience. Would not recommend to work with them to buy property. We had the worst experience buying our first flat with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID
