We've had Dexters as our letting agent for over a year and they've been fantastic. We had a tricky recurring problem with our heating and hot water that took a lot of back and forth with the building owner to resolve. Ryan and Manuela from the property management team were very persistent in helping us get the problem solved which was hugely appreciated. Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

Our time in a North Greenwich property found through Dexters was a total nightmare. The property was left in a disgusting state, with the landlord’s belongings still in the flat when we moved in. Despite multiple requests for them to be cleared, they remained there for the full duration of our tenancy. Dexters’ response to our concerns was incredibly unhelpful. They told us to simply "leave it as we found it." Now, even though we hired professional cleaners at the end of our tenancy, they are trying to extort money saying it was not clean enough. Dexters provided zero support, and their service was a complete letdown. We highly recommend avoiding this agency.

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful
