A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. I recently moved out of a rental property that was let through Dexters. Sacha dealt with the check-out procedure and negotiations with the landlady about any funds being retained for damage. She was very diplomatic about it and handled the whole thing brilliantly.

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Great service from property managers

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. During the last visit, their Senior Property Manager Petros Giorganios went above and beyond in showing us how to better use and maintain the heating system, on top of being very kind and courteous.

What a bunch of jokers, kept me waiting 30 minutes to look at a flat then bought the wrong keys so we couldn’t get in. The negotiater could see we were annoyed and frustrated and knocked on the door to see if the tenant was in, they were but hadn’t been told that we were coming so wouldn’t let us in.
