Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.

Very happy with Archie’s service at Dexters Surbiton. He was in touch on a regular basis, to give updates on the marketing of our property and to give feedback from viewings. We got a lot more viewings from Dexters than any other agents that we used before, and we received three offers in tthe space of 4 months.

Appalling service from the Kingston branch who we have been paying to manage our property whilst we are overseas. Late rent payments, incompetent contractors, overcharged, property damaged+++ by tenants and zero support/ advice/ resolution from the management team. New tenants have had a terrible service also. Very disappointing. We will never use Dexter's again.
