I am very pleased to cooperate with B&C as my agent. I have four properties which are managed by B&C.Also, they helped me buy and sell properties. This is a very professional and delicated real estate agent. As a landlord, I don't need to worry about anything of my properties. The staffes are so kind and efficient. They always think for your sake and protect your interests. I will continue to work with B&C and highly recommend them.

Michelle and Tiffany have been brilliant through the whole process of finding a new flat to rent. It has been smooth and incredibly quick from start to finish and we have been kept well informed along the way, a big contrast to our experience with other agencies. The referencing system they use was very good and sped up the process considerably.

GoogleB&C seem to provide a decente service to landlords but if you are the tenant, just forget it. They make it very clear that they are uninterested in actioning anything unless the instruction has come form the landlord.
