GoogleI was really happy with the job that Cridlands did in selling my home. They were friendly, approachable and always professional. They shared in my frustrations with the process when I needed them to as well! I really appreciated all the support they gave me, and they did a fantastic job of selling my house in the midst of the pandemic and in between lockdowns. I would definitely recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Thanks Robin! I can't say it was easy, and there were certainly a few moments when I wondered whether it would be you or me first to dive off Beachy Head! But we got there in the end! So glad you're safely ensconced, and I am very grateful to you both for keeping your faith in us. Best wishes from us all, James.

GoogleFrom start to finish 'The Cridland' team were amazing. Organising our viewing last minute, helping us through out the whole process, always on the other end of the line for questions before and after completion, even advising on local sports teams! I couldn't recommend them more! Made the entire process so much easier under usually stressful circumstances.

Agent replied · 28 May 2023
Hi Peter, shucks, thanks! To be fair to you, you guys motored through the process as fast as you could push it, which made our lives a lot easier too. And the reward? How's that church view in the sunshine? Not bad, not bad at all...!

GoogleCridland worked for the vendors of the house we bought but right from viewing to beyond moving day Amanda and James bent over backwards for us and to make the move happen, even when others didn't seem that bothered. A more than excellent service, we are forever indebted to them. Thoroughly recommend.

Agent replied · 28 May 2023
Hi Pete, to be fair, we've rarely known any buyer as "on it" as you were - you must have been waiting behind the door to grab the post every morning! That in turn made our job so much simpler, for which please accept our heartfelt thanks! Best wishes from us all, James

Hi Caroline, when the house is such a gorgeous place it really is a pleasure. But thanks equally from us for always being so engaged with the process and helpful in all your responses to the vagaries of lettings we've occasionally thrown at you! Best wishes, James

GoogleHorrible experience dealing with Cridland. Terrible communication, and they cut us out of the buying process, even though we were the highest bidder at one point. Thankfully we managed to find a house with Oliver Saxton (who are excellent) but we will avoid Cridland if we have to buy or sell in Oxfordshire again.

Please contact me direct - james@cridlands.co.uk - and i will go through your complaint in full. Best wishes, James Cridland
