GoogleI have been dealing with Adam Gray in the lettings department for the past few weeks and cannot give him enough praise. He has kept in close contact with me regarding my property, keeping me in the loop at all times. Not only is he professional and extremely good as his job, he is very friendly and made the whole process for me stress free, nothing but high praise.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Hunters in Manchester. The purchase process was a particularly difficult one but Mark Pedley at Hunters was fabulous. He made sure we were kept fully informed at all times and chased up the vendor and the lawyers when needed. If you want to buy a property in Manchester definitely pop in and have a chat with Mark. Probably the most helpful agent I have ever dealt with.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

GoogleI would just like to say how happy I am with the service provided by Laura Moriarty at Hunters Manchester in what was a difficult to arrange tenancy. Laura always responded fast to all emails and provided frequent updates of the situation until all matters relating to the tenancy fell in place. I will not hesitate to recommend Hunters and look forward to dealing with you in the future.

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

GoogleI came to Hunters after an offer with a previous agent fell through due to their incompetence (Jordan Fishwicks, Deansgate). My Property had already been on the market for 18 months. Hunters found a buyer within 3 weeks who even made a higher offer. The sale was quick and Hunters chased solicitors and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this agent for buyers and sellers.

Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

Shocking, sell property then can't sell. No due diligence, no respect to the customer. They don't get back to you even when you have bought a property. Staff wide boys and inexperienced, be warned do not use will cost a lot of money...

Hunters estate agents are bunch of rude, arrogant people. They make you feel like nobody. Suggestion to everybody if you buy/rent property please don't go through them. That will save lot of your time and energy.

Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
