I have been using William H Brown Estate agents to manage my Apartments for past one year. I have found them to be great and easily recommend their services without hesitation. They have a friendly team who are always smiling and happy to help. I deal with letting teams mainly and the manager Sam is always available to help and guide me if I am unsure about something. Lauren and Tom are great in the team with communication via email or phone and so is Kirsten. These are all the members I deal with on regular basis and recommend them to anyone who is looking for their services in the Great Yarmouth area

Teri was brilliant and went above and beyond during the process of buying our first home!! From the start, she listened to our requirements and knew exactly what type of property we were looking for, arranging a viewing for us for the property that turned out to be the one before it was even on Rightmove. Nothing is ever simple when buying a property, but Teri was amazing at chasing solicitors when they needed to be chased (which turned out to be quite a lot!), dealing with a rather inpatient chain, and always kept us informed as to what was going on. You can tell that Teri genuinely cares about every single client. We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work in finally getting our purchase through, and I would 100% recommend her if you’re looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgable estate agent!!

Having been a new buyer of properties I have been pleasantly surprised at the helpful of the staff especially Tom who put himself out to make sure that I would be happy with my purchases of three houses. I knew Sam before I relocated to Great Yarmouth. Once I arrived in the city, Sam and his colleague drove me around and showed me three properties. He and his colleague were very friendly and patient. Although I didn't decide to stay in any of the properties they recommended, they were still very nice to me and provided me with new information about other properties. Therefore, I recommended the agency to my new colleagues who came from Africa, and they quickly found their own properties, settled down and were satisfied with their new home. Sam is highly professional and completely deserving of trust. I highly recommend choosing the agency William H Brown in the Great Yarmouth branch.

PLEASE STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've had your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket. PLEASE STEER CLEAR, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!

As a tenant this is the worst rental agency I've ever dealt with - expected more from such a big name

As a tenant this is the worst rental agent I've ever dealt with. 1) Difficult to get in touch with - they hardly ever answer the phone. 2) The property was dirty when we moved in, no inventory provided. 3) The property was managed by Sequence Ltd who have provided a very disappointing service - early on we were told (via a phone call and after several weeks of us asking) to arrange for repair of a maintenance issue ourselves and that this could be deducted off our rent afterwards, and that the landlord had instructed this. We never received the refund, they said because they didn't have records of that instruction. Several staff members had started then left during our tenancy which didn't help (we were there for 6 months). 4) We are now having to contact Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get our deposit back relating to a different issue, mostly due to our inadequate landlord who it seems is trying to claim a random amount of money anywhere he might get away with it (we left the property in a cleaner state than when we arrived to try to avoid any possible excuses for deduction from deposit). Sequence Ltd doesn't appear to know about or be bothered about the law and tenant's rights.

At the end she did all the checks and made calls which was not her job to do so but still was happy to make sure everything was done 👍✅ Not so impressed with Iam sold Auction department very hard to find out what was happening and never got back to me when promised they would. Recently just agreed a tenancy on a property through this branch with the help of Sam Ellis. To say that this guys been nothing but incredible during the whole process is an understatement. Our main contact has been the branch manager, Teri, who is is a commensurate professional in her field. I would not trust these people

I would not trust these people, I emailed them to arrange a viewing on a tenanted property, no contact, after a couple of days I called them to arrange a viewing for same property, straight away the sales person tried steering me to another property instead, but I held firm, they said they would get back to me with an appointment, they never did, it’s now sold. They have preferred investors waiting in the background, other sectors would not get away with it.

Recently I have dealt with Teri, in the sale of my home and a purchase of a new house. I can't speak highly enough of her professionalsm and dedication. She is an assest to the company, she sold my home within a week of it going on the market and then also found me a property suitable prior to it going on the market as she really listened to my needs and what I was looking for.
