TrustpilotFriendly service.
Rosie Turley took over my case and was communicative and friendly throughout. The whole process for me took a while due to reasons outside of her control but she managed to make it much better and get my flat sold. Thanks so much.

TrustpilotGood experience
Kian Mclean did a nice job showing me round a house in Norwich. Clear answers to my questions and if he didn't know said so rather than hedged. We've dealt with a number of estate agents in Norfolk and Minors & Brady are one of the best. Communication is good, viewing arrangements clear, and house descriptions sufficiently detailed.

TrustpilotWonderful agent and viewing experience
Sam did a great job answering our questions and showing us around the house while a tenant was there. Handled the situation very well and a very honest guy when answering all of our questions. He got back to us very quickly and was very kind! We highly recommend him as an agent and Minors and Brady as a company!

GoogleI viewed the property which we decided was not suitable firstly because of the huge transmitter pylon almost in the back garden. Lovely house - but would not consider living there. Maddy very nice pleasant girl, had never been to the property before so knew nothing about it, was due to meet us at a second property viewing afterwards but was not able to attend.

We were given a helpful and informative tour of a house in Arminghall by Tyler, who was friendly and approachable. He answered all our questions and helped us feel reassured about the process of applying to rent the property, which we subsequently did. Darran and Adeline.

GoogleFantastic experience with Daniel at Minors & Brady - We are moving to the area from near Reading, and over the months we were searching for a property, Dan would keep in touch regularly to talk about new properties he thought could be a match. Very down to earth and approachable, we built up a good relationship where I could ring up and get honest opinions and answers. In fact, we have just had an offer accepted on a property that was listed with a few different agents, including M&B in Wroxham - but instead of getting in touch with any of the other agents (or even Wroxham themselves), I rang Daniel to ask a few questions and then arrange the viewing, all because he had taken the time to build a relationship with me, and was always honest, forthright and approachable.

GoogleWe recently sold a property with Minors and Brady and I have to say they provide an absolutely first -class service. Within two weeks of being on the market, we had sold at the full asking price, due in no small part to their hard work and professionalism. Always helpful, with loads of good advice. A special mention for Charlie who was our first point of contact and kept us regularly updated with any developments. He and his colleagues were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
