I bought and sold the same house through Howards. As both a purchaser and a seller, I always found them working tirelessly to progress my transactions through to completion. They worked far harder and were more communicative and helpful than any solicitor or buyer involved in the chains. Having just completed a particularly stressful sale where my buyer’s solicitor didn’t bother to communicate with my solicitor for 10 weeks(!), if it weren’t for Howards I would have assumed my buyer was no longer interested, such was the lack of interest their own solicitor has shown. Bobbie and Georgia worked really hard to hold everything together and listened to my ranting when I was convinced the chain would collapse due to other parties. They have the patience of saints, and without their tenacity the chain would have definitely collapsed. Thank you, ladies! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Rude staff who don’t want to get rid of Spacific tenants who are doing drugs or dealing in the property every time me or my neighbours call up to make a complaint they don’t do anything and they just give us attitude .. even though we’ve captured them, stealing parcels from neighbours on our ring doorbell also other dodgy activity the police Are aware of this as well. every time I called and I’ve only called about three times. I’ve only had attitude from the girls who work there.. unacceptable behaviour from professionals .. the neighbours also have been caught on camera with drugs underneath their doormat . every single day they have all types of people in their house and every hour of the day. slamming doors playing music. I feel sorry for the neighbours who live below them and then the neighbours who live below below having water leaking into the house or from the specific neighbours house because they have a tube that goes from the outside. that’s making the other neighbours house moulding. These are flats, so it’s quite obvious they’re tube because it’s coming from their flat window

Howards have been our Lettings Agent for some 18 years. During that time they have produced accurate accounts, given full descripted information on the condition of the property and have handle both improvements to it and any disputes from it satisfactorily. However this year, due to a loss of a member of staff, a rental change was not dealt with promptly or my correspondence answered, until Jacquie Skipper stepped in and handled this well and as quickly as she could.

We reported a problem with our smoke alarms to Chloe Snell at Howards estate & letting in Gorleston. Within 3 hrs Spark's Electrical called & found the problem. The next day they fitted 2 smoke alarms & a CO alarm & done a good job. Chloe acted very promptly & professionally. Again excellent service. Thanks very much Chloe. They have good customer service, but they really need to change their early release policy. They charge you hefty amount as early termination fee (£600) as new tenants setup fee and continue to collect the rent till new tenants move in. Earlier I was told once I handover the keys my tenancy agreement will end by one of their associate, however later they denied saying it will end when new tenants move in. I stayed at the property for 2 years and there was also delay in renewing the tenancy agreement. Other than this Amy Kemp from Lettings team was helpful.

Big thanks to the team at Gorleston Howards! I was always kept in the loop and they juggled everything to suit a sensitive in place tennant situation at the property we were selling. This ended in the best possible outcome for myself - firstly I got the price I asked for originally and secondly a cash buyer just to put the icing on the cake!
