This is our second house sold with them, our current property sold in a matter of days and Laura has been fantastic the whole way through the sale, as have the entire team. GoogleVery disappointed in the customer service we have received today we had traveled 140 miles to view a property in Great Yarmouth when we arrived we called to see if it could be done sooner but they said fully booked our appointment time for viewing was 12pm we arrived at the property at 11.55am we stood waiting I called he office at 12.10pm to be told someone was on their way. We then called back again to be told that apparently it was no longer on the market so something was not correct. We had our time wasted and they had 3 opportunities for tell us that the property was no longer on the market as we received a confirmation email of viewing on the 7th and nothing since to say any different. We are very disappointed in this service and will definitely not be using bycroft estate agents ever again. Warning don’t sell or rent out your properties with these agents as they refuse to let people view them. No stars if I could would never recommend this company

FacebookAbsolutely amazing experience, they were in control every step of the way. Up front, honest and really put us first. Our baby arrived during the selling process of the house and they were extremely accommodating working around our needs taking control of everything for us. I really can't praise everyone enough starting from Nick to Gemma to Michelle and the rest of the team, the best team around. Compared to other estate agents who tried to deceive and actively critiscied our decision to go with Bycrofts followed by constant hassle trying for us to switch over to them on numerous occasions. Bycrofts really are in a league of their own and we will look no further if we need their services again. Values of honestly, customers being first and being professionals in their areas unlike other estate agents really set them apart.

GoogleHad a terrible experience with this estate agents took £750 deposit refused to refund after a mistake on their behalf of drafting all the paperwork in the wrong name was going to be a cash deal which would have been quick and simple hip had not been for this unorganised estate agents property buying was on orchard gardens hemsby the guy who was dealing with the transaction was Chris Fielding beware before buying certainly beware before putting down a deposit !!

FacebookI would recommend Bycroft Lettings for the reasons as follows.I have had dealings with a variety of letting agents small and large and found the majority rude, demanding, and with no consideration to the tenant. Even though without the tenant they would earn no commission and in most case's not have a job. But to my pleasant surprise Bycroft seems to fully respect both parties ie tenant and owner showing both consideration with asking rather than demanding, and talking rather than sending very rude letters giving no choice in what is required.Well done Bycroft and keep up the good work.Trevor Rodgers.

FacebookSold my house with Bycroft’s a few days ago and the service has been spot on, Michele in residential sales was in constant communication with me about viewings, offers and finally the sale itself. We had a few little problems along the way but Michele’s knowledge of the sales process reassured me and the sale completed with ease. 5 star service all round and would highly recommend

Me too, had a signed contract for 10 weeks, left it rolling for another 15 weeks, so they had it for a total of 25 weeks. I asked them to take it down from their site as they failed to find a buyer, then they wanted 28days notice in writing. Really makes me mad after letting them keep it for all that extra time, not good.
