GoogleRichard and Jennie and the team at G Herbert Banks were so helpful when we were remortaging and settling a Help to Buy loan. Their valuation service was fantastic. They are really approachable and helpful and turnaround was very quick. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will most certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleRude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

GoogleBeware of this Estate Agency - Specifically check before proceeding with an offer or purchase through G Herbert Banks, if they are aware of any active AG TAG attached to a property they are actively marketing for sale (be it with or without a Certificate of Lawfulness) it might save you a lot of money, time, effort and heartache in the long run.
