What an impressive experience I have had over the past 12 months, with the complex and specific buyer requirements of an old barn and ruins and 8 acres of land. The team at G Herbert Banks, led ably by Tim Gaston worked tirelessly and thought outside of the box to fulfil what was to be an unusual and detailed sale. Nothing was too much trouble. They followed up where they promised to - which is a key point for me - they also had such a can do attitude which I loved. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Happy to answer any questions or doubts anyone has. Thank you Tim and thank you team G Herbert Banks, especially Alex and Nikki. Pam Halliday January 2024

When I considered selling a block of 14 freehold apartments, I did some networking and was recommended to Nick Jethwaof G Herbert Banks, a recommendation that I very much have enjoyed and appreciated. Nick advised me on every stage of the complex sale, going way beyond the role of selling agent, providing me with a great buyer but also lots of useful intel and advice along the way. He is highly approachable, very easy to work with, provides sound advice and I thoroughly recommend his services!

We recently used G Herbert Banks to market a commercial property for us, and even though we are only a small business site we were still made to feel like a valued client. Nick and Jenny were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the complicated & time-sensitive letting process, thank you both for providing such a friendly and professional service.

Stacey from G Herbert Banks has helped us with our move, she has been so helpful and friendly whenever we spoke with her before and during our lease period. We felt very accommodated whenever making a request, and whatever few issues we had were fixed with urgency. We are very grateful to have stumbled upon one of the most helpful and kindest Agents in the game and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We encountered Michell when arranging potential viewings and were really impressed with her professionalism and attention. We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

Since Stacey and Maxine came on board to manage the letting of our beautiful rental we’re so happy to call home, everything has been managed in a thoroughly professional way and nothing raised was any bother. They’ve worked hard to resolve some ongoing issues for us .. minor issues but issues nonetheless. We felt they could be mentioned and dealt with by Stacey and Maxine and they were. Cannot thank you ladies enough for getting the driveway sorted - it’s magnificent! And will mean my old banger gets to survive another year … Superstars. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. ☺️

The last house I bought was thanks to Tim Gaston at G Herbert Banks. He found me exactly what I was looking for and could not have been more helpful. Once again I am looking for another home and have turned straight to Mr. Gaston for help. I know that my search is in good hands and he will make every effort to find the perfect home for me. Good old fashioned courtesy service is hard to find these days, but G Herbert Banks seem to have built their reputation on it. I would happily recommend this Agency to anyone.

We had a great experience with G Herbert Banks selling our home this year. Alex and the team went out of their way to ensure our house was on the market quickly, the photographs were outstanding and the team were always on hand to show the house at short notice. They gave expert advice throughout the process, acting as liaison with our buyers and solicitors. Very professional and nice to deal with on top!! Would highly recommend Alex and the team.

G Herbert Banks were fantastic in helping us to sell our family home. They helped us to achieve a great price, higher than we anticipated in these difficult times with great marketing and sales skills. We would like to thank Alex in particular for all her hard work, she ensured viewings had little impact on our family life and she spent a lot of time talking us through our various offers and thoroughly checked the credentials and viability of potential buyers. Alex moved the process along efficiently and ensured our house sale was stress free. We would highly recommend her and her colleagues who were involved in the sale of our property.

Stacey and Maxine in the Lettings Team have been amazing with renting our property out, they were so quick with getting the property marketed and found us lovely tenants. The service has been faultless from start to finish, always keeping us in the loop with updates and never had to chase. Will definitely use them again going forwards - thank you both so much for your hard work! ☺️

We have recently purchased a property that was up for sale through G Herbert Banks. I have to say that Alex has been an absolute treasure from start to finish. With managing expectations, to chatting about the future of me and partner and the house. We haven’t felt like buyers, we have felt like friends. A highly recommended estate agents and in particular estate agent. For those that run/own the company Alex is a credit to the company and will always be welcome to our home. Thank you for helping us through what can be one of the most difficult purchases, and making it seem easy.
