Busy at the new house is an understatement!!!Anyway, we are all very very happy with the new house, much more work than we anticipated but we couldn’t of got here without all of your very hard work, your swift service, and living up to what you promised (unlike that horrible other agent in Braintree who I dare to name!!!!!!). We am pleased to write this outstanding review to this top Estate Agency. We contracted Hamilton Piers to sell our home. They promoted it and gave accurate descriptions. They were professional and pulled out all the stops. If they said they would be around at a certain time they were there. 100% reliable. Always available to speak to us. We lost our buyers on the day of completion and within the week they had found us another buyer. We have now exchanged and looking forward to completion. All the staff were brilliant, helpful and patient during this very difficult sale. Sasha, Tony and Faith make a great team. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Good points:(1) Tony put my property advert online within about 3 hours of visiting me with superb photography. (2) Within 24 hours of online advert up and running they had booked in a handful of viewings. (3) by day 2 Tony found us a buyer. Bad points: none yet whatsoever. A great company so far and much more enthusiastic then the other 3 estate agents we called round to ours to show our home to.

Moved in on Friday and I must say that whilst there were a few problems at the beginning I would not be in this house without the hard work of Hamilton Piers.Special thanks goes to Sarah and Sasha-you always called me, and it was you two who solved the initial “hurdles” (which I know obviously wasn’t your fault anyway). If anyone is looking to choose an estate agent in the future then Hamilton Piers come highly recommended.

GoogleExceptional service at all times. Sold my home very quickly then found me a new property too. When my buyer was unable to get a mortgage the whole team worked to resell my home - and they sold it in 4 days. Kept me in the loop throughout the selling and buying process. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to you if buying or selling. I was delighted that we could use them to buy. We saw other homes but were put off by very pushy estate agents. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Poor feedback availability from viewers, constantly chasing them. Told we would be phoned did not happen. When we had sold our buyers property was over valued and had a long drawn out saga about how we could all contribute to make up the amount. Very poor customer service and an e mail that did not reflect us well was taken as gospel by them and we proved it to be totally untrue.
