Sacha is the star of the show

This move has consumed months of our lives, with stress levels we did not think was possible. However, there is one individual whom without this process would’ve either been much worse or probably just would’nt have happened at all: Sacha. Sacha was attentive and honest at all times. She told us straight when our expectations were unrealistic and hurried us along over the final hurdle when she needed to. What a star!I am a big fan of female leaders, certainly in a typically male industry, and Sacha is both a great lady and a real asset to her estate agency. Thank you very much for all your help and advice, Cheryl and Antonio.

Well what can I say, we're in our new house and settled. I couldn't recommend Hamilton Piers enough, Sacha has been my rock throughout the whole time even before when we were with another agent. Sacha and all the staff are so trustworthy, go above and beyond to support me get everything moving quickly. They managed to sell our house and complete in under 4 months even in this current climate. I was so pleased when I switched from another local agent who filled me with constant lies, tried to badger us in getting another house that he was selling and shouted at me down the phone when I called him out on his lies. Sacha, Faye, Jade and Tony all worked so hard for us and couldn't thank them enough. They are the best estate agents for Braintree, Great Notley and the surrounding areas will certainly be recommending them to everyone 😘😘 thanks guys x

If anyone is looking for an estate agent or someone to act for them to sell their property then you must call Sacha at Hamilton piers. The personal service we received was absolutely phenomenal and we think she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much to ask and she was even happy to update us out of hours. We hope to stay in touch with Sacha. And Jade was also really nice too - she wasn’t involved in the process as much as Sacha but did help a few times and was always very friendly/helpful. Easy peasy

Everything was easy for me from start to finish. Aside of the solicitor forms Hamilton piers made it that easy for me that I didn’t have to lift a finger. They done all the showings of my house with hardly needing to bother me at all, arranged for their solicitor to send everything to me so I didn’t have to contact them either, and sorted the removal company who more or less done every bit of the removal process for me as well. If anyone would like an estate agent who takes care of everything for you and makes life so much easier then give this company a call.

Sacha is a superstar xxx

Thank you so much to the wonderful Sacha who was the only reason everything did not all collapse in the horrible chain I was in. I only wish that we sold through her as well as our selling agent was so awful, rude and arrogant (and I hope they read this as they know who they are!!). With the help of Sacha we moved in and are very grateful of all of her hard work. We are only sorry she had to do our estate agent’s job as well which is funny because they always claimed to be the best agent around 🤣. Thanks Sacha xxx 😘

Couldn’t delay moving but great advice to move safely given

Really helpful. And went the extra mile during lockdown As our buyer couldn’t delay moving until after lockdown due to both being key workers. We basically had to agree to move and exchange on the same day which was a risk but Laurie at Hamilton Piers talked us through the whole process. It wouldn’t of happened at all without his advice and calming us down. So thank you to you all.

We recently completed on our property purchase with Hamilton piers and got the keys on 16th August, it was a very long winded process (due to solicitors and so on) however the whole way through Jenna from the Braintree branch has been fantastic she was very responsive, done regular check ins with us regarding the process and what we needed to do ect and was over all brilliant we were first time buyers and probably asked what might seem silly questions and she was so helpful and explained things simply to us, I would thoroughly recommend them for your sales or purchases, thanks for everything Karlie & Tim
