GoogleDealt with the lettings staff and they were very understanding after having a bad experience previously with bad tenants. Can’t praise enough for the patience and great communication which was given to me. Will definitely will be using again with other properties that I have.

GoogleDo NOT USE THESE!! Worst letting agents ever! Still haven’t returned deposit 7 weeks after moving out! Never did one repair whilst was there, left home with out power or a door and still didn’t reply or respond. Will charge you extra for anything!!

GoogleBooked appointment with shipways great Barr on Tuesday for Friday at 4.30pm! Waiting and waiting when I decided to phone, they then told me no booking was made. How unacceptable good job I phoned to me they seem like unreliable.
