Ron Lennard shows the clarity, experience and professionalism that you need to sell property, especially his proactive approach with both buyer and seller to move things along. His team were also on the ball to make sure things were progressing, giving needed updates along the way. I really appreciated that. I had already spent a few 'wasted' months with another local agent and I'm so glad we corrected that bad mistake by 'moving' to Lennard & Hill. FacebookWe are currently selling over 4 bedroom house in Carew Close Chafford Hundred we have reduced it to sell from £550,000 to £485,000!!!!! (Worth a look if you are buying!) and the service and advise we have had from Lennard and Hill has been second to none. Also their video option allow people to see your property before the make an appointment. Lennard & Hill comes highly recommend from me!!!!
