A big thanks to Ron from Lennard & Hill, we acquired our house 6 month ago through him. The service provided by Ron was excellent even though the whole process keeping us up to date was done btw my Mrs ( Margaret) and Ron I don't even have to chip in at all. He did not force us to take any in-house broker or solicitors like most estate agent have been forcefully doing. Fantastic estate agents. Ron and his son Joe are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really pushed things at all ends of the chain for sale of my parents property. There were numerous issues at various points through the sale (as with all chains) and they were quick to address these and helped to calm and reassure throughout. We received an amazing service from Lennard and Hill. From the initial house valuation until we had moved home they have been brilliant. Joe and Ron have gone above and beyond to make our move possible and nothing was too much for them. They have been calm, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure in dealing with Lennard & Hill to purchase our property. Being that I am also a property professional, it was refreshing to come across an estate agent who was able to just simply connect and build instant rapport by just having a chat and getting to know you, rather than just having a typical salesman approach. I wanted to get the deal agreed quickly and they worked as fast as I needed them to, getting it all agreed the same day. I find that in itself to be a great service. We had a bit of a delay (nothing too major and no fault of L&H) but they were always available to speak to and give me an update. They were also happy to speak with me even if there was no news and didn't try to brush me off anytime I called which I really appreciated. The agent Bobby was great who initially set up the viewing for me. Then main man Ron Lennard took over and really gave us a good service from start to finish. His decades of experience really shows and you don't seem to get this kind of approach anymore nowadays when visiting other agencies. We are now in our new home and it's a big thanks to the team at L&H! It goes without saying, if you are looking for a great service, from honest agents, with a more personal and friendly approach, look no further than Lennard & Hill Residential!
