Having sold a house a few years ago with a cheap 'online agent', I know what it means to not know where your sale is at, when you will be able to move, whether the buyers are having second thoughts, how long it's going to take to actually speak to a human being at the other end of the line! The team at Ashley Bennett Estate Agents have been amazing from valuation to completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, team, for making the sale of our house a breeze and helping us every step of the way.

FacebookHaving just decided to start our search for a new home, we noted that Ashley Bennett had a number of properties that closely matched our criteria. We have had our house values and been shown around several properties, each engagement has been extremely professional. We have been met at the properties with each agent arriving early so we’re not kept waiting around. We were talked through the local amenities, proximity to local walks, pubs and recommendations on places to eat. It’s obvious that the team at Ashley Bennet really care about their customers, they are knowledgeable about the properties and nothing is ever too much trouble. I can honestly say we have been impressed and can highly recommend them.

FacebookAshley bennett are amazing workers! They have valued my property really well and I was really impressed with the guidance they gave. Our property was live with another agent but unfortunately we had no interest. We switched to Ashley Bennett and oh my! Our photos were amazing and looked so much clearer and better than our previous ones, they kept us in the loop and informed with everything, and after our property was live for an hour we already had a viewing booked. Our property was listed at 2pm on the Friday and was sold by 10am on the Monday. From then onwards ashley bennett have continued to keep a strong link for communication and have ensured that I'm informed of everything that's going on. I would hands down, 100% recommend these guys to everyone!

FacebookWith another estate agent, I never had a single viewing, so we changed ours to Ashley Bennet. From the very first phone call, they were courteous and exceptionally professional. In times made difficult because of the Covid pandemic I never expected the response that we received for our property, and I can only put that down to the marketing strategies they use. We first contacted them on a Tuesday and we arranged for them to come to us to do the shots for “the virtual tour” the following morning. I can’t recommend this enough as it gives any perspective buyer a chance to “indoor street view” your house before they actually view, and in the difficult times we’re in and the limiting factors we live under it gives people the chance to narrow down their search without trawling from house to house. That afternoon, we had a call from AB to say a potential buyer had seen the virtual tour and wanted to view! This was before the listing had even gone live. Over a week we had five viewings, with the first viewers arranging another viewing before making an acceptable offer the next morning and us taking it off the market with probably more viewers having to be turned down. All down to Ashley Bennett’s. Plenty of communication from the staff either by phone or confirmation e-mails, I cannot recommend them enough.

I used ashley Bennett to sell my house, having dealt with other agents in the purchase of my current property I can honestly say ashley Bennett and his team are fantastic. communication was excellent and they were always there to help or answer any questions or worries especially in those last few days prior to exchange. in comparison to service with other agents ashley Bennett is definitely up there with the best!

Right from start to finish the whole team we’re professional, friendly and most importantly a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to this time as it would be a shame to not share my opinion on a great company. Somehow they manage to make even the most stressful situations not seem so bad! And let’s face it- moving is stressful! For anyone considering using Ashley Bennett Estate Agents, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend.

FacebookThe services these guys offer is second to none. In the few weeks we had our property up for sale with them they worked hard to get the right viewer through our door. The result being offers made which we would have accepted if our personal circumstances hadn’t changed. Thus meaning we aren’t able to move for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys and if circumstances change we shall be contacting you again to assist us in moving home!

FacebookNeeding a probate valuation for my late uncle's property I needed 3 agents. Ashley came himself and I was immediately impressed by his efficiency, sensitivity and understanding. He explained the process to me clearly and I had no hesitation in placing the sale with him - I needed someone I could trust as I do not live in the area. Ashley and his team always kept me up to date and were always available. We had a couple of setbacks but they were there - guiding and reassuring me. Ashley, Scott, Alex - everyone, made it easy for me due to their constant attention and hard work culminating in a sale that was handled speedily and thoroughly. They were polite always at the end of the phone to help all they could. Special thanks go to Alex who put up with all my moods and helped me enormously. Will give the best advice depending on your own personal circumstances. He has a very good knowledge of his profession and of the surrounding area. Your house will be shown to the world threw the many methods of advertising sites they use via the net and social media, and also in the window of the very stylish office on the high road.
