It was a difficult deal for Scott to manage with negotiation between us and seller being prolonged but he managed to get us a very good deal on purchasing a 2 year old flat. Thanks Scott & Team. Excellent service from start to finish. So efficient in what they do and have great expertise and knowledge through all of their staff. We decided to sell our house via Ashley Bennet estate agents and we were so pleased that we did. Ashley had the house on the market within 24 hours of first taking our call. The pictures taken showed the house off in the best way possible. We had lots of viewings over the two week period it took us to agree the sale and Emma and Ashley kept us up to date with how the viewings had gone each day, which was great. Once we agreed the sale, Jean was fantastic with the 2nd phase and kept us up to date with how things were progressing right up until completion. I would recommend Ashley Bennet Estate Agents to anyone that is thinking of selling their house, the service is first class.

Hi! I really want to thank you all for the hard work and professionalism. Scott and Vickram mainly. Scott is an estate agent while Vickram is a mortgage broker. Scott for introducing me to Vickram and Vickram for being the captain of the ship from there. If not him I would never have purchased a property. He worked this case as his own case. Jean for extremely prompt in communication and phone calls to solicitors much appreciated. Jean is a lady who works in Admin. Once again thanks for everyone, after 6 months I'll give my property back to you to manage it. Guy's don't think twice go with Ashley Bennett straightaway if you're purchasing your property they've really helped me during the peak lockdown time by pushing solicitors and completing the sale before the promise time. 10/10. Ashely Bennetts Estate Agents exceeded all of my expectations in what an agent can bring to the table in my house sale. I was very impressed from the first moment Wayne Diggins visited my property and I knew shortly after that using Ashley Bennets was the best decision I had made. Within the space of one week I had viewings everyday (upto 3 on one occasion) all of which were serious prospects which showed the high level of due diligence performd prior to booking viewings! At the end of the first week we had received multiple offers and eventually accepted in excess of the asking price. There was then a very smooth transition from Sales to Sales Progression (Jean Gravett). I could tell from the get go that Jean had a huge amount of experience in her role and she was able to offer me so much advice throughout the process. Jean was very proactive but if I needed anything she was just a phone call or email away with an immediate response! I thought I would share our impressive timeline: 23/09 - Property listed 27/09 - Offer accepted in excess of asking price 04/12 - Exchanged 06/12 - Completed I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, engaging and efficient agent to look no further than Ashley Bennets Estate Agents. Ashley by far went above and beyond of what is expected of an estate agent. I used Ashley Bennett Estate Agents to sell a property that was subject to probate. I left the keys with them and they arranged and met all the viewers at the house. They gave me notice of each viewing and feedback after the event. We discussed reducing the price in view of the market drop from September 2022 to when it was sold “subject to contract”. They kept me updated during the selling process and were liaising with my solicitor to speed things along. Nothing was too much trouble for them to get the sale completed. I would certainly recommend them as a great estate agent to use.
