Wards made selling my house an incredibly smooth transition. In particular, Honi and Maria were exceptional, warm, engaging, and truly understanding of my situation. They were always available for both big and small questions, and I genuinely valued their support throughout. I couldn’t have done it without their calm, caring approach. Amazing team, Aimi and Anna were brilliant!!! Anna also gave me ideas on how I can transform the bedrooms I.e. knock down a wall, go for a vertical radiator to fit the look I was going for which I hadn’t thought of. My elderly mother purchased a property through Wards in Tenterden. There were several problems with the chain and Becky, Tina, Alex, David and Claire from Wards were all absolutely brilliant and helped to sort out all the issues. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mum definitely couldn't have done it without them.

We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.

Having not sold before, I was anxious about the whole process and the stigma attached to estate agents however from the first meeting with Anna at Wards in Walderslade, any pre conceptions were very quickly wiped away. The whole process was fairly straight forward and having the whole team on hand at any point to help was great. Each time you dealt with someone you felt as though they actually knew who you were and treated you with respect and provided honest updates. Thanks to all the team Anna, Aimee, Charley and Barry for all your help from start to finish.

I found all the staff very helpful and got back to me quickly when I left messages, but the best person for me was Maria Meddings as she acted as a go-between me and the buyers solicitor which made things a lot easier and if it wasn't for her I don't think the completion would have happened. She was very kind, thoughtful and very helpful in everything. Five out five.
