YellAwful to tenants
Once they have you on their books they are rude and patronising . As soon as my tenancy is up I will be leaving . The customer service is appalling and they think it's perfectly acceptable to talk to tenants like they are rubbish . This is the worst letting agency I have ever used.

be careful. especially when checking out. they don't reply to emails or phone you back, then they try and keep your deposit money . staff are extremely rude and need some training on how to treat customers .
