Amax Estates are responsible for the block management at the property where I reside. Since moving in three months ago, I have been bowled over by the quality of the service that my wife and I have been receiving. The grounds are well-maintained as they receive regular visits from a gardener, the windows are cleaned regularly, as are the shared interior areas of our block, and Amax respond very promptly and proactively to emails. For example, we received regular updates when a minor repair to a lift was required. The service charge for all this seems very reasonable to us, and so we would recommend Amax Estates unreservedly to anyone looking for a company that provides this kind of service. Kudos to Justin at Amax for overseeing all this!

I've had a good experience with this company. Specially gurv and tori they both were a good help. Work was done so fast I didn't expect to have keys to the house that quick. Andy had referred me to a good solicitor and had guaranteed that my work will be done good and fast. I explained to gurv that am pregnant and can have my baby very soon as am due in a few weeks. Well you know what am shocked how quick everything took place.

f you are looking for a direct, professional and legitimate company to help you find the perfect property, amax is truly the only way to go. Specifically, mat goes above and beyond. The amount of time and energy I wasted trying to work with other letting agencies still haunts me to this day. I should have just called Mat sooner, but at least I ultimately did. He found a dream property for me within a week and was smart, professional and quick to get paperwork figured quickly and with little headache. My house was sold much faster and less hassle-free than I had ever imagined. If i could give no stars i would! The staff are vile and rude and I have never been spoken to so disgustingly in my whole life. We requested an extra fob for the gates to our complex as having a three bedroom apartment you would expect that more than one of you have a car. The manager was very blunt and repeated herself constantly not even giving me a chance to speak. If we had known this information before moving into the flat we wouldn't have even bothered!!
