We can honestly say, All of the team at William Charles have been so professional and friendly throughout our sale we would give more than five stars if we could! We have bought & sold many properties in our time, too many to mention! and the general service from estate agents seemed to be on the decline. We were so apprehensive on who to choose to sell our property having sadly experienced bad customer service in the past. our main issue being agents not returning calls, not keeping us informed as to what was going on, not getting back to us when we made inquiries about properties for sale, the list goes on..... However, we met Paula at a viewing. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the property she was showing us it only made sense to put our trust in her and signed up for her to sell for us. Well, 2 months on, the house has a buyer, not one phone call has been ignored, everyone in the branch is knowledgeable and their friendliness does not affect their professionalism at all. We are so please we chose Paula and her team at William Charles to work with us. Thank you guys!

Just brilliant!! Was stressful but was made so much smoother by the lovely team at Gravesend. All the team were great, James always returned my phone calls soo promptly, Charlie was really helpful updating every time I phoned, which was alot !!! Emma came up trump's at the end !! And Andrea was just amazing , we had some holdups along the way with the bottom of the chain dropping out but we got there in the end. Evidently one in ten brits think Estate agents are pointless. When dealing with a lot of agents, you can see why, but William Charles are different. Gary, Ian, Charlie and the team are amazing. I had a particularly stressful purchase and a particularly frustrating seller to deal with. The team kept us sane. They were on hand in working hours and outside. Gary even responded from his annual leave. They helped calm down situations before they became out of control. The transaction was on an off more times than I can count, but the guys were on the ball, and made every effort to be ahead of the game. The team were invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend them. No-one can turn a nightmare into a dream, but they did all they could to reduce sleepless nights. Give these guys the opportunity to work with you - they’ll do you proud.

Terrible letting agents. House was filthy when we moved in; amended inventory agreed, pictures five years old sent to Dispute Resolution to argue 'professional' cleaning beforehand. Rat carcase found within a week moving in, told our problem. Raw sewage told to clean ourselves, non working, leaking shower for 8 months - begged for months to get it resolved, I paid hundreds in water charges; took weeks to get a 20 year old boiler fixed; black mould that caused asthma, told our responsibility but windows couldn't open as unsafe for toddler. Lived in NYC, all over Ireland and UK, never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of idiots who took ages to do anything. They threatened to ruin my credit, if I didn't pay extra month after our contract ended - moved into another property with absolutely no problems. Beware! I paid everything on time, repainted the property when I moved in and left with one cupboard with some rubbish, and four nails and they asked for/lied about hundreds from the deposit - I accepted a compromise of £125. Scum. ps. Happy to provide evidence. Claim being filed with Property Ombudsman even though agents delayed as much as possible to return deposit. At least my 4 year old child is safe now.

No, We have viewed properties with other agencies and we were offered some places, very nice 4 bedroom homes, from them. In those cases, after viewing it, we just weren't satisfied.
