TrustpilotUrban estates practising unlawfully
Urban estates are actively trying to remove factual and accurate representation of their services and their attitudes. They have recently asked trust pilot to review the feedback on here, which has all been kept on. This company operates under cloak and dagger mentality and are non contactable when you need any help, they actively breach their contracts and obligations to tenants and landlords. They also with old monies unlawfully and are con artists to put lightly. Please save your money and avoid these sheisters at all costs. The reviews are beginning to hurt their business and they are no longer able to steal money as they are dwindling with customers. Please avoid them at all costs. They are likely still operating unlawfully and not registered with the redress scheme of the property ombudsman. Beware.

Would highly NOT RECOMMEND them. I am very surprised that they are allowed to get away with their level on incompetence, dishonesty, disrespect for customers, non-chalance, lack of communication skills, unprofessionalism, unfriendliness and down-right inefficiency. Completely unfit for purpose since Jodie Eastwood, Sophie and Lyn left. The staff left and the owner, his wife and two children, all of whom are rather arrogant and ignorant. The office should be closed. Been their customer for a while but since it became a family affair, it has gone completely downhill. As of August 2026, it has got worse. They are hardly in office and they are even more deceptive. Don’t believe me, go on Google and check the reviews. This is even putting it mildly.

We bought a flat through your Gravesend office and had very good service from Jodie who was overseeing the sale. She kept in touch with us every week as to the progress of the sale, sorted out our queries and made arrangements for us to look at the property again when we needed to, also chased Solicitors when necessary . TrustpilotLeaving me with a leak and no deposit returned
When I lived in a property they were in charge of, they left me with a leaking roof and broken taps for months. Every time I brought it up, I was told either someone would look into it or that other issues had to be resolved first. I wasn't sorted the entire time I lived in that flat. Now I have moved out, I am trying to get my deposit back and they are just completely ignoring me. I've been moved out for 2 months. I've gone into the shop and have been fobbed off and told the person dealing with it is busy and she'll call me back but I haven't heard back once. I have been emailing and now aren't even getting responses to that. The website I've been told to use says it doesn't even have my deposit. Absolutely terrible service.

This agency has taken my deposit and not registered it with a deposit scheme. They have not responded to any emails and do not answer the phone, the office is permanently locked. Whilst I was a tenant with them they took the landlords money and never paid him his rent or carried out work on the property as promised. Currently now a legal matter but I believe they have scammed 100's of people

Took 2 months to get my deposit back after being promised that the payment has been made each time I was lucky enough to reach their office.
